We handpick only the freshest and best Live Oak acorns from strong healthy and wild trees, which can live to be over 500 years old and can survive and thrive in the demanding and variable climate of Central Texas. Our gatherers are families and individuals from around the Austin area, making our product a truly local “Austin Original” from start to finish! We process the acorns at our certified facility in the Oak Hill area of Austin, using an all-natural process consisting of only water and acorns. This process was tested over and over and years in the making, it took time and patience to get it just right. Any subpar product is eliminated at various steps along the way in order to bring you the highest quality product possible. Enjoy!
